Worshipping Thiruthetriyambalam Senkanmal Ranganathar is equal as worshipping Srirangam Ranganathar

All the 12 Azhwars and Hanuman are blessing in the Maha Mandapam. Worshipping perumal is equal to worship Srirangam Ranganathar. The place is also being worshipped as "Seshapuram" as Adhisheshan got Blessed here. Once the Demon Hiranyakshan took the world and hid in the Padhala Loga. Rishis and Devas begged Perumal to restore the world back as well to protect them from the demon. Perumal told them that He will take Varaha Avatar soon and bring back the world. By hearing this Goddess Lakshmi and His Adhisheshan asked what they will do without Him. Perumal told them to go to Palasavanam and do penance there. Once the world is brought back He will come and adjoin with them there. As said He destroyed the Demon and brought back the world to its position. He went to Palasavanam as promised and gave darshan to Goddess and Adhisheshan. He took rest here after the hectic war with the demon.
