Our Flexible Payment Terms
To Confirm Your Yatra, an Advance Payment of 50% of the Total Tariff has to be made.
The Remaining 50% Must be Settled One Week Prior to the Travel Date.
Our Booking Policy, Cancellations Terms & Conditions

Upon Receipt of the Advance Payment, We Will Proceed with Booking the Hotel Accommodations and Vehicle Arrangements.

Once Confirmation is Received from the Hotels, a Day-Wise Customized Itinerary will be prepared and Shared with Our Guests.

Once the Itinerary Has Been Finalized and Shared With the Guests, The Yatra Cannot Be Cancelled, as All Bookings are Prepaid.

In the Event Of Cancellation due to Unforeseen Circumstances Beyond Our Control — Such as Natural Calamities, Transport Failures,

Riots, Curfews, Government Restrictions, or Other Unexpected Events — No Refund Will Be Applicable

Guests May Cancel the Tour Under Unavoidable Personal Circumstances; However, Cancellation Charges will apply as follows
Before 15 Days Prior to the Travel Date - 50% Of Total Tariff. Within 15 Days prior to the Travel Date: 75% of Total Tariff
