Tour Tariff – What Is Included
Our Divyadesam pilgrimage tour tariff includes the following services.
>>> Comfortable accommodation in Executive or Premium category hotels with double A/C rooms.
>>> For Malai Nadu Divyadesam packages, a budget non-A/C room will be provided for fresh-up ( 2 hours) on the day of arrival.
>>> Complete travel expenses including vehicle rental, fuel, driver allowance, night halt charges, toll fees, and parking charges
>>> Exclusive A/C vehicle with flexible travel hours to ensure completion of all temple darshans as per the itinerary
Tour Tariff – What Is Not Included
The following expenses are not included in the pilgrimage tour tariff unless specifically mentioned
>>> Food and personal expenses.
>>> Special darshan tickets at temples.
>>> Dolly, jeep, or special local transport charges.
>>> Any services not mentioned under “Tour Tariff – What Is Included”.
Payment Terms for Divyadesam Yatra
>>> To confirm the Divyadesam pilgrimage tour, an advance payment of 50% of the total tariff is required.
>>> The remaining 50% balance amount must be paid one week prior to the travel date.
Booking Confirmation & Itinerary Planning
>>> Upon receipt of the advance payment, hotel accommodations and vehicle arrangements will be initiated.
>>> After confirmation from hotels and travel partners, a day-wise customized itinerary will be prepared and shared with the guests.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
>>> Once the itinerary has been finalized and shared, the pilgrimage tour cannot be cancelled, as all bookings are prepaid
>>> In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control—including natural calamities, transport disruptions, government restrictions, curfews, or similar situations—no refund will be applicable
Guest-Initiated Cancellation Charges
If guests cancel the tour due to unavoidable personal reasons, the following cancellation charges will apply
>>> More than 15 days before the travel date: 50% of the total tour tariff
>>> Within 15 days of the travel date: 75% of the total tour tariff |
